Project Description
As with any new program, resistance to change is a normal reaction. Lorraine believes that we need to face those fears and start with collaborative discussions that name those fears. Initial small group discussions can be used to survey and obtain what the key objection is to this resistance. Once this is done, this will create a clearer baseline where real discussions begin. When those fears are discounted, perhaps this will bring more stakeholders (faculty) to the discussion to become ambassadors and who will become part of the recruitment team necessary to encourage others through their own networks to join the initiative.
